For Resident Filipino citizens, OCW's, and former Filipino citizens who are going to settle permanently in the Philippines, please submit the following requirements when you meet our Banco Filipino representatives.

Supporting Documents

• certificate of title
• real estate tax receipt/Tax Declaration/Tax clearance
• location plan of property
• residence certificate of applicant and spouse

Additional documents required

• photocopy of income tax returns of applicant and spouse for the past 3 years
• certification of employment of applicant and spouse
• certified list of properties yielding income; if rental income, certified list of tenants with corresponding rental and location of property
• registration with the bureau of commerce or securities and exchange commission
• certified audited financial statement for the past 3 years
• photographs of improvements
• ID size photos of applicant and spouse
